Abstract
State Polytechnic of Bengkalis (POLBENG) is one of the state vocational universities in Riau located in Bengkalis Regency, in supporting transportation facilities and insfrastructure especially roads in the Polbeng campus area, there are many factors that need to be addressed, one of which is an adequate transportation system that can support the mobilization of road users around campus. To support this planning, several data are needed such as: CBR data, traffic volume data, topographic data and also unit price analysis data using secondary data obtained from AHSP 2018 and the Departement of Public Works, Directorate of Highways Basic Unit Prices of Bengkalis Regency. From the results of the Polbeng campus ring road planning, the type of road segment is 2 lanes 1 way with a planned road length of 510 m which is divided into 2 section, section I along 150 m and section II along 360 m, road body width of 6 m, design life of 40 years and includes a Campus Roads, with a concrete slab thickness of 15 cm and for the budget plan of Rp. 466.102.000,00 for segment I and Rp. 1.201.623.000,00 for segment II.
