Abstract
This final project research aims to determine the role of the Harbour Master and the Port Authority of Tanjung Buton in serving the arrival and departure of ships. The formulation of the problem is how the role of Office the Harbour Master and the Port Authority Class II Tanjung Buton in serving ship arrivals and ship departures at the Pakning River Port and the obstacles faced by the Office of Harbour Master and Port Authority Class II Tanjung Buton. The place of this research was carried out at the Office of Harbour Master and the Port Authority Class II Tanjung Buton starting from March to May 2021. The data collection techniques were observation, interview and documentation methods.
