Abstract

Bengkalis State Islamic Religious College (STAIN) Bengkalis is almost 10 years old. From year to year there is an increase in students on the STAIN Bengkalis campus, this can be seen from the number of students and lecturers each year, according to the author's observations, the parking area of the main campus of STAIN Bengkalis has not been able to accommodate all incoming vehicles, because there are still many vehicles that park in random places, this is the basis for this research. Analyzing the need for parking space on the STAIN Bengkalis campus, to find out how much parking space is needed at the STAIN Bengkalis campus. The results of data processing can be seen that the total parking demand on the STAIN Bengkalis campus is 217 (SRP) with the available parking space capacity of 678 (SRP), except in the Bengsabli building because the parking space capacity (SRP) does not exist while the parking space requirement is 11 (SRP) then it can be done by setting or transferring drivers to the Rahman Jalil or Dakwah building because there are still many empty parking spaces. The area of parking space requirements at the STAIN Bengkalis campus is 217 SRP with an area of 586 m², the parking lot at the STAIN Bengkalis campus is sufficient to accommodate all vehicles with an existing land area of 1798 m².
