Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing costs through social media on the sales volume at Rumah Cantik Putri Estetika in Bengkalis City. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data obtained from Rumah Cantik Putri Estestika's financial data for 3 years, namely 2021 to 2023. The results of the study show that there is no effect of marketing costs through social media on the sales volume at Rumah Cantik Putri Estetika in Bengkalis City, with a t-value of 1.641 and a significance value of 0.110. Thus, Rumah Cantik Putri Estetika in Bengkalis City should maintain the marketing process using social media but must pay attention to the amount of costs incurred in marketing activities and consider aspects of the marketing mix to increase sales volume
