Abstract

This research aims to analyze how human resources are developed at BUMDesa in Bengkalis District. This research aims to analyze the performance of BUMDesa managers in Bengkalis District, and to analyze the influence of human resource development on the performance of BUMDesa managers in Bengkalis District. The type of research used in this research is associative and the type of data used is quantitative data. The total population of BUMDesa Air Putih Jaya, BUMDesa Bathin Alam, and BUMDesa Kuala Alam Bandar Jaya totals 42 managers, of which 16 people manage BUMDesa Kuala Alam Bandar Jaya, 13 people manage BUMDesa Bathin Alam, and 13 people manage BUMDesa Air Putih Jaya. The population is a sample, so the sample taken in this research was 42 people from the three BUMDesas where the research was conducted. Data collection was taken in a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire with a saturated sample selection method and analyzed using data instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, linearity and heteroscedasticity), simple correlation tests, simple linear regression tests, and hypotheses in the form of t test (partial). The results of this research show that human resource development has a positive effect Y = 4.794 + 2.018 discussed in this research.
