Abstract
Price comparison on house construction is very important to find out the price difference of a building, in this comparison there are many ways and methods that can be done and analyzed, for example in this final project comparing the cost price of lumpsum price and Analysis of Unit Price of Work (AHSP) on type 36 housing construction. In this Final Project, the author uses Ms.Exel software to make comparisons on the price of workers, Ms project in the comparison section for the time schedule of the work process, Ms Word for data collection and explanation of Autocad as a 2D drawing of the building plan, and Revit 3D is added as a complement to the comparison on the structural comparison of the building. Based on the results of the analysis research conducted, it is obtained that the calculation of the AHSP amounts to ± Rp.61,604,000, - (Sixty One Million Six Hundred Four Thousand Rupiah) and lumpsum price carried out in the field is ± Rp.16,000,000, - (Sixteen Million Rupiah) the price difference in the development is around Rp.45,604,000, (Forty One Million Six Hundred Four Thousand Rupiah).
