Abstract

One of the beaches that can steal the attention of local tourists in the Bengkalis area, Riau is Pantai Indah Selat Baru. The surge in tourists at Pantai Indah Selat Baru has attracted the attention of local residents to add access to tourist transportation in order to add tourist attractions for visitors. By designing a ship that can take visitors around tourist destinations in the area and travel routes from the Port, Sungai Liong, Mentayan Village, Ulu Pulau Village and back to the port. The ship is designed referring to the rules of BKI (Indonesian Classification Agency) and IMO (International Maritime Organization). A search ship will be planned by looking at the passengers and the shape of the hull and waters. This planning gets a resistance value with the Van Oortsmerssen method of 16,5 Kn and an engine power of 152.154 Hp with the YAMAHA F 350 AET engine brand and a stability value of 3 loadcases calculated in conditions of 0%, 50% and 100% which have met the IMO criteria with Code A.749. In each load case with a roll angle of 0o to 30o, the area under the GZ curve> 3,151 m.deg, at a roll angle of 0o to 40o, the area under the GZ curve> 5,157 m.deg and at a roll angle of 30o to 40o, the area under the GZ curve> 1,719 m.deg. In this final assignment, the design of Lines Plan, General Arrangement, and the manufacture of ship miniatures will be carried out. With a passenger capacity of 43 people, so that the main dimensions of the ship are obtained, LOA = 15,08 m, Lwl = 12.927 m, B = 5,10 m, H = 1,86 m, T = 0,6 m, Vs = 10 knots. From the General Arrangement design, the miniature dimensions are obtained, length = 55 cm, Width = 12.33 cm, Total height = 24 cm.
