Abstract
Cost analisa is a step in cost estimation to estimate some of the cost reguired for the project.Therefore, cost estimation plays an important role in organizing a project because in general a construction project reques quite large costs in estimating the costs requid. The author raises the title “ COS BUDGET PLAN (RAB) FOR THE AIR WHITE VILLAGE OFFICE BUILDING. The calculation of the budget for thr Air Putih Village Office Building uses the work unit price Analysis (AHSP) of public Work Regulation No.1 of 2022 and uses wage prices from the vilage a reference in making (RAB). Times Schedule or S curve is used to analyze thr duration o work to be planned. In this plan,thr Air Putih village Office Building requires a cost of IDR Rp.2.943.296.841,25 whit a work a work duration of 108 calender days.
