Abstract

Bengkalis is a district located in Riau Province which has various types of businesses, one of which is the document printing business, where the document printing business in Bengkalis is still manual and traditional so customers have to go back and forth to deliver and pick up. resulting file or document. Moreover, Bengkalis has several document printing businesses so it is difficult to find a place to print documents. Not to mention the long queues due to the lack of computers at the printing service, damaged USB flash disk connectors, and so on. So the solution to this problem proposes the development of a website-based online printing application. This will make it easier for customers to print documents anytime and anywhere, where customers simply upload the files or documents to be printed. It is hoped that customers can also see the completeness of the existing print shop business through the locations on the website and resolve problems with printing services which are currently still carried out manually and traditionally
