Abstract

In this era of digitalization, the Rimbas Sekampung Bengkalis Information System (SIRSB) has become an integral part of various organizations to improve efficiency and service quality. This research aims to conduct an audit of the information system at SIRSB by using COBIT 5 as a structured IT management framework. This research method involves an in-depth analysis of the aspects of data security, integrity, availability, and compliance at SIRSB. COBIT 5 is used as a guideline to assess the maturity of IT processes and provide relevant improvement recommendations. The audit results are expected to provide a better understanding of the level of security and effectiveness of SIRSB. The proposed improvement recommendations will serve as a foundation for organizations to improve the control and risk management of their information systems. This research is expected to contribute to the development of security and service quality at SIRSB, while strengthening IT governance based on COBIT 5.
