Abstract
The process of document export flow and counting of Vannamei shrimp is a complex series of steps in managing shrimp trading activities. Vannamei shrimp exports involve various aspects, including document preparation, quality control, and financial calculations. This research provides an overview of the process, focusing on the key stages required to successfully export Vannamei shrimp. The initial step includes checking and recording required export documents, such as commercial invoices, health certificates, and other validity documents. Next, a shrimp quality inspection is carried out to ensure that the product meets international food safety and quality standards. This process may involve laboratory testing and a physical examination. After documents and product performance quality, proceed with financial calculations. This includes production costs, logistics costs and competitive pricing for export markets. Apart from that, taxation aspects and international trade policies are key factors in determining the profitability and competitiveness of Vannamei shrimp products. The importance of cooperation between producers, exporters and government authorities is also discussed in this research. Effective coordination is required to ensure compliance with export regulations and the availability of resources to support a smooth process. This research provides in-depth insight into the complexities and challenges faced in the export of Vannamei shrimp, while emphasizing the importance of good management and a deep understanding of international regulations and global markets. It is hoped that the conclusions of this research can provide guidance for stakeholders in optimizing the export process and increasing the competitiveness of Vannamei shrimp products in the international market.
