Abstract
This study to know the process of export flow activities at CV.Graha Jaya Mandiri Bengkalis. the location in the CV. Graha Jaya Mandiri. This research will done from June-July 2023. The types of data used in this study are qualitative. This data is the text of the interview results and is obtained through the interview and obtainable through interviews with informants who are being used as samples in their research. In this study, the authors used data collection techniques based on observations, interviews, and documents. The data analysis technique used qualitative technique. The result of the research are CV. Graha Jaya Mandiri is an agent providing export management services. Where CV. Graha Jaya Mandiri helps goods owners arrange requirements such as documents needed in export activities, so that goods owners can export their goods. Aside from being an agent providing export management services, CV. Graha Jaya Mandiri also assists goods owners in negotiating with importers, as well as helping goods owners find shipping agents for shipping goods. The flow of export activities at CV. Graha Jaya Mandiri is in accordance with export-import procedures in general, starting from how to find quality commodities that must go through quality testing procedures at the quarantine center, export documents that are applied such as Export Service Notes (NPE), Shipping Instructions, Loading Notifications. export goods, Goods Export, Declaration (PEB), Commercial-Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Goods, Quarantine Certificate, several documents from shipping agents, and other documents handled by importers, as well as the payment process for export activities. Export activities at CV.Graha Jaya Mandiri, especially in the process of searching for goods owners who want to work together to export their goods, searching for suppliers of goods to prepare commodities to be exported, searching for land and ship expeditions, as well as importers. Some of these things were carried out by CV. Graha Jaya Mandiri by meeting directly and negotiating cooperation between these parties. In carrying out its exports, CV. Graha Jaya Mandiri experienced several obstacles that affected the flow of ongoing export activities but these constraints did not really have an impact on the export flow because a joint solution could be found immediately, so that the flow of export activities could still run well.
