Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of professionalism, discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Bengkalis Regency Regional Revenue Agency. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data. The population in this study were 85 respondents with the sampling technique using saturated sampling with Likert scale measurements. The data is processed through the SPSS version 23.0 program with the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that professionalism, discipline and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the t test prove that partially the variables of professionalism, discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Then the results of the F test prove that professionalism, discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on performance with a value of Fcount > Ftable (17,777>2.72) and a significance of 0.000>0.05. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that professionalism, discipline and work motivation have a significant influence either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Bengkalis Regency Revenue Agency employees.
