Abstract

Water is the most basic source of life that is needed by humans. Not only humans but other living things also need water as a source of life. By humans, in addition to water used for drinking, water is also used for bathing, washing, cooking and others. Poor quality water can cause the environment to be bad so that it can affect health which can cause disease for the human body so that it affects the safety of humans themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the level of pH, TDS levels and the level of turbidity of the water itself. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the level of pH value, TDS value and turbidity of refill drinking water. This monitoring system uses the DFRobot pH sensor as a means of detecting acidity, alkalinity and neutrality in water, the TDS sensor as a means of detecting the levels of substances contained and the turbidity sensor as a means of detecting turbidity in water. Using the NodeMCU ESP8266 as a connecting device to the smartphone Because the monitoring system is based on the internet of things (IoT), and Arduino Uno as a data sender to the NodeMCU because the sensor uses input A0
