Abstract

Small industry and medium (IKM) is a business sector pioneered by many people because it has been proven to make a significant contribution. Because of that IKM plays an important role in providing alternative productive economic business activities. The location that became the point of research in developing this application is Department of Industry and Commerce (Disperindag) Bengkalis Regency. Disperindag Bengkalis Regency having trouble collecting data IKM in every district, set IKM fostered and monitoring of IKM which has been built. This study aims to create a Data Collection and Monitoring Application Small industry and medium in Bengkalis Regency so that activities in development IKM more efficient. The development of this application uses the method Rapid Application Development (RAD) adjust pase System Develpoment Life Cycle (SDLC) in its design using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) that is UseCase Diagram. This system will be built on a website-based and developed using framework codeIgniter using a programming language PHP and database MySQL.
