employees in container stevedoring activities is as it should be and has followed the procedure. And factors in the implementation of occupational safety and health still occur violations by workers because supervision is not carried out every day, such as not using personal protective equipment when doing work, and development strategies in the implementation of occupational safety and health are to improve good communication between workers and provide direction regarding occupational safety and health regulations.
