Abstract

The manufacture of the harmonica wire coupling machine aims to answer all the problems of making harmonica wire in the village of Thickening Bengkalis. Where the manufacture is still using the manual method, the manufacture of this harmonica wire twisting tool aims to facilitate the production of harmonica wire using a 1 Phase AC electric motor with 1 HP power. By using an electric motor, you can make 3-4 meters of harmonica wire in 1 hour, you can also use 2 types of different wire sizes, 1 mm and 2 mm. The circuit used is also made of iron which is stronger to withstand the load caused by electric motors and also the burden of wire production, the wire used is a type of galvanized wire whose characteristics are more durable to resist rust.
