Abstract
Bantan District is one of 11 sub-districts in Bengkalis Regency which is located on Bengkalis Island. Jalan Selatbaru - Pambang is the main road used by the public as a daily activity to support sectors in the fields of economy, education, culture and so on. Previously, the road was used as a Pambang - Bengkalis route, but now many people have moved the route, this is because the road conditions are damaged while the roads on different routes are in better condition. This study uses the Revised Road Pavement Design Manual September 2017 Number 02 / M / BM / 2017 and the budget plan is based on the 2016 Work Unit Price Analysis. In this study, using standard LHR data, the CBR results for the field were 5.36% so that the pavement used was rigid hardening with a design age of 40 years. The design results use continuous reinforced concrete (BBDT) with a concrete quality of K-350 kg / cm2, a 200 mm thick concrete slab using dowel reinforcement with a diameter of 25 mm, length 450 mm, distance between dowels 300 mm and tie bars with a diameter of 12 mm. length of 600 mm and distance between tie bars 750 mm and reinforcement of welded wiremesh webbing with a diameter of 8 mm with a distance of 200 mm and 200 mm long, with a planned budget of Rp.15.533.900.000,00 (Spelled Fifteen Billion Five Hundred Thirty Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
