Abstract
Dispenser is a technology that is used as a place or container of drinking water where it helps the community in taking drinking water manually. This study aims to design an automatic dispenser system to drain water to glasses based on the amount per milliliter. This control system utilizes bluetooth on android smartphones. A flow water sensor will be used to measure the discharge of water flowing through the solenoid pipe in detail so that the input and output are in accordance with the command. The average% error obtained by the smart dispenser device in hot water is 12,5 %, and the average % error in ordinary water is 5,6 %. The success rate of the tool after being tested 20 times is 100%.
