Abstract
This final project is entitled "Planning and Development of Business Millenial Herbal Medicine “JAMIL” "(Overview of Production Aspects)". The general purpose of this final project is to find out how to plan and create a Millennial Herbal Medicine business. The specific purpose of this final project is to find out the raw materials used, to know how the Millennial Herbal Medicine production process is, to know the total cost of production, and to find out the constraints and solutions during the production process. The project implementation method consists of four stages, namely project preparation, project implementation, project completion, and project reporting. The end result is to produce a new product, Herbal Medicine Millennial. The production process, namely: Provision of raw materials, Washing of raw materials, Measuring of raw materials, Refining of raw materials, Boiling of raw materials, Mixing boiled ingredients with palm sugar, granulated sugar, cloves, salt, and filtering and packing them into bottles. The cost of production of Millennial Herbal Medicine obtained is Rp. 40,250 and the total cost required in the production process of Millennial Herb which is carried out 20 times of production is Rp. 805,000. Constraints faced, namely in the process of refining the raw materials, namely turmeric, kencur, and red ginger. Initially only using a knife and then crushed and then boiled, in this way the stew extract obtained is less concentrated. The solution is to refine the raw materials using a blender so that the results of the stew become concentrated.
