Abstract
This study aims to find out how to manage he cost of Covid-19 services at the Bengkalis Regional General Hospital (RSUD Bengkalis) for the 2020 fiscal year based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number Hk.01.07/Menkes/4344/2021. This study also aims to find out the obstacles faced by the Bengkalis Regional General Hospital (Bengkalis Hospital) in managing the cost of Covid-19 services. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and documentation. The results show that the management of the cost of Covid-19 services at the RSUD has followed the regulations in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Obstacles faced by Bengkalis Hospital are Error recording in one of the details of the cost to be claimed, There is no BPJS card for each patient One of the requirements for claiming funds for Covid-19.
