Abstract
This final project is entitled Planning and Producing of Chocolate Banana Business in Bengkalis City. The goal to be achieved in writing this final task is to how to plan and produce Banana Chocolate and determine the cost of production on the chocolate banana business project. The final task is carried out with several stages, the first stage is the project preparation plan, the second stage is the project implementation plan, and the third stage of project accomplishment. The initial spent when making Chocolate Banana is obtained from the personal capital Group. The project was carried out from October 27, 2021 to December 17, 2021 and production was carried out 20 times. Before producing chocolate bananas, we first conduct organoleptic tests with the aim that the product can be accepted by the public. In the first sale produced as many as 35 pieces of chocolate bananas and the last sale produced as many as 38 pieces. The cost of production per pieces is Rp. 1,928 with a selling price of Rp.5,000. In this project the capital used is Rp.479,000.
