Abstract
This final project research aims to find out the procedures for implementing the bunkering process on tug boats and to find out the causes of the bunkering process on ships that have not been going optimal. The place of this research is PT PELINDO 1 Dumai which I carried out from May to July 2022. The place of this research is PT PELINDO 1 Dumai. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with interviews, observations, and documentation in the procedures for the implementation of refueling. The results that are expected in this study are to be able to find out the optimization of the procedure for carrying out refueling on tug boats at PT PELINDO 1 Dumai.
