Abstract

The management of gallon water orders at Azmi Drinking Water Depot is still carried out manually. Customers must visit the depot directly or place orders through conventional methods, while transactions are recorded in books and calculations are performed using a calculator. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based Online Gallon Water Ordering Application for Azmi Drinking Water Depot, enabling customers to place orders without visiting the depot. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using Flutter with the Dart programming language, PHP as the API, and MySQL as the database. The system enables customers to order gallon water, view their order history, check payment status, select delivery locations, and monitor the delivery process. Administrators can manage customer, product, inventory, order, payment, and sales report data, while couriers can manage the order delivery process. The application was evaluated using Black Box Testing on the main features available to customers, administrators, and couriers. The test results indicate that the login, product management, shopping cart, checkout, ordering, delivery, cash and QRIS payment, order history, and sales reporting features operate according to user requirements. The implementation of this application provides a useful solution for managing gallon water orders, recording transactions, managing data, and organizing deliveries at Azmi Drinking Water Depot.
