Abstract
This final project aims to find out the obstacles in issuing invoices to ship owners by PT. Sufie Ark Lines. The purpose of the research is to find out the mechanism for issuing invoices, the causes of delays in issuing invoices, and efforts to overcome delays in issuing invoices. So that this research is more focused, focused and avoids the discussion being too broad. The limitation of the problem in this study is the problem of issuing invoices in the agency sector at PT. Sufie Bahtera Lines on ship berthing and ship sailing, the author's systematics in order to facilitate and provide an overview of the final project proposal plan using direct observation, documentation, and interviews research methods. The result of this study is that the delay in issuing invoices occurred because there were several late issued notes, such as Pelindo notes that were late in payment because the company lacked funds, lack of attachments in issuing invoices, lack of communication of good cooperation performance between related parties and the company. PT. Sufie Bahtera Lines, lack of human resources in applying systems that are not in their fields To overcome delays in issuing invoices to ship owners, the company pays notes on time so that notes can be issued, the company will continue to communicate well to remind the party who issued the note, and complete existing infrastructure facilities.
