Abstract
Dumai City Government will build Lepin Market on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman which will have a high impact on mobilization. This will shape the generation and attraction of traffic in shopping centers. Therefore, it is necessary to study capacity and road performance. The purpose of this research was to determine the performance of Jend Sudirman street using the PKJI 2014 and simulations with the Vissim 2016 application. Based on the results of the study, shows that Jalan Jend Sudirman has a capacity of 9142 skr/hour. The degree of saturation in the existing condition is 0.42, and in the next 5 years, it will be 0.54. So it can be concluded that the road does not require repairs, either widening or other improvements.
