Abstract

Bathin Alam Road which is in the campus area Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis is a public road used for the comunity campus Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis and the general public. The existence of a road that is in the campus area oten cause discomfort for campus student cause by the general public passsing on the road. To overcome thiis Problem, an alternative road improvement plan will be carried out for communities with rigid pavment type which refers to the september revision road pavement design manual method of pavment design revision of september 2017, so that the campus road can be used specifically for campus activities. In this planning the required budget plan will be calculated with reference to AHSP 2016. From this research obtained data LHR standart CBR ield results 3.34% Gg. Jawa and 2.32% Gg. H. Ridwan by using rigid pavment types with aplan age of 40 years, the results of this design using continuous loads withhout reinorcement (BBTT) with concrete quality K-300 Kg/cm2, thick concrete slam 200mm tie bars with a diameter of 12 mm. length of 600 mm and distance between tie bars 750 mm and reinforcement of welded wiremesh webbing with a diameter of 8 mm with a distance of 200 mm and 200 mm long. From this research a budget plan of Rp.5.478.610.000,00 (Five billion Four Hunderd Seventy Eight Million Six Hundred Ten Thousand Rupiah) at Gg.Jawa and Rp.1.789.140.000,00 (One Billion Seven Hunderd Eightyi-Nine Million One Hunderd And Forty Thousand Rupiah) at Gg.H.Ridwan
