Abstract

The Air Putih Ro-Ro ferry port located in Riau Province, Bengkalis Regency is a public port that serves crossings between the island of Bengkalis and the island of Sumatra. The Air Putih port is an access in and out of the Bengkalis community and outside which operates every day which is very vital in the economic field. The vehicle queue is the length of the vehicle and the number waiting at a location to get service. E-ticketing or electronic ticketing is a way to document the sales process from customer journey activities without having to issue valuable physical documents or paper tickets. The purpose of this research is to analyze vehicle queues and design an E-ticketing system at Air Putih port. Queue analysis method used is FIFO queue, form of E-ticketing Design System using FVFS queue application. Based on the results of the calculation of long queue calculations, the average value obtained is 35 two-wheeled vehicle and 4 four-wheeled vehicle and 4 six-wheeled vehicle, the average time a student has to wait in the system is 20 minute , the average time before receiving service is 20 minute. The results of all calculations are p >1, so there is queuing at normal times. The design of the E-ticketing system through the Air Putih Ticket Access (APTA) application to make it easier to order tickets online and be able to handle vehicle traffic at the port.
