Abstract
This study aims to dtermine the effect of certification, competence and motivation on the performance of financial management employees in the Bengkalis district government. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research using primary data sources in the form of questionnaires. From the results of data collection, it was obtained as many as 97 financial management employees who were research respondents as data testing materials. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that simultaneously the variables of certification, competence and motivation affect the performance of financial management employees in the Bengkalis Regency Government. The Adjusted R square value is 99.4%.
