Abstract
The implementation of this final project aims to determine the planning and manufacture of Dates Made Pudding Business for Healthy Snacks at Home During the Covid-19 Pandemic, to find out the raw materials and production processes in making Obama Pudding, to find out the total cost of producing Obama Pudding, to determine the cost of production. Obama Pudding, to find out the obstacles and solutions to the Obama Pudding production section. In its implementation, it uses 4 methods, namely the preparation plan, implementation plan, completion plan and reporting plan. Project preparation plans are capital preparation, raw material survey, raw material preparation, and equipment preparation. The project implementation plan is to purchase raw materials and production processes, calculate the total production cost, calculate the cost of goods sold, and prepare equipment equipment. The project completion plan is to produce Obama Pudding products and hand over the marketing division. The project reporting plan includes reports on the implementation of production activities and project financial reports. The place for this final project is carried out in Ulu Pulau Village, Bantan District, with the production process starting from 27 November 2020 to 17 January 2021 by carrying out 20 production processes
