Abstract
Student Aspirations are various demands from students that are packaged in creative ideas to propose a process of change in a certain matter. The executive body of the Student Executive Board (BEM) has the function of advocating the aspirations expressed by students. However, the suboptimal handling of aspirations and appreciations implemented manually requires a lot of time to accommodate these student aspirations. Additionally, students cannot check and update their submitted aspirations or track the status of received and unmanaged student aspirations in a structured manner. To achieve this, a web-based application for aspirations and appreciations is needed. The development of this application utilizes the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework, MySQL database for data storage, and XAMPP as the web server. This application offers several features, including a comment feature for users and a data printing feature for administrators to facilitate data printing. The testing method employed for this application is System Testing, and the test results demonstrate that the entire system within the application operates successfully as expected and can be accessed using various devices and browsers.
