Abstract
Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are village business institutions managed by the community and village government in an effort to strengthen the economy. Kuala Alam Village is one of the developing villages. Problems that occur in the process of providing information related to products or other information to the public are usually only via whatsapp, or even meetings which are usually to discuss BUMDES. Website is an information page that is provided from the internet so that it is accessed throughout the world as long as it is connected to the internet. This research aims to develop a Bumdes website by adopting the information technology development model of the Unified Modeling Language Based Web Engineering (UWE) as a forum for information to be conveyed by Bumdes. The web application development method, namely Web engineering, is a sub-discipline of software engineering that provides a methodology for designing, developing, maintaining and implementing web applications. Unified Modeling Language Based Web Engineering (UWE) is a method related to web engineering. UWE divides the development stages into four stages, namely requirements modeling, conceptual modeling, navigation modeling and presentation modeling. The result of applying the UWE method to the development of the Bumdes website is to provide a structured completion concept at the time of design. Tests using black box testing on website applications get the result that the information related to the input and output of the application is in accordance with its functions. The application of the UML-Based Web Engineering method can build a well-structured website for the Bumdes (Village-Owned Enterprises)in Kuala Alam village.
