Abstract
Content Management System (CMS) is a system used to manage and facilitate the processes of content creation, updating, and publication collaboratively. Currently, a Content Management System is being used in Wonosari Village, Bengkalis. However, its level of quality is not known at present. This research aims to measure the quality of the Content Management System in Wonosari Village using the ISO/IEC 25010 quality standard, which includes 8 characteristics: Functional Suitability, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Usability, Security, Compatibility, Maintainability, and Portability. The results of this study indicate that the application meets the ISO 25010 software quality standards and is deemed suitable for use with 100% Functional Suitability, which is excellent. The performance efficiency is rated as good with an average load response time of 1.9 seconds. Compatibility is also excellent at 100%. Usability scores 78.6%, which is considered acceptable. Reliability scores 0.02%, indicating a good level of reliability. Security is rated at a medium level. Maintainability scores 70.2%, which is considered satisfactory. The application's portability has been successfully tested on 7 devices, making it highly commendable
