Abstract
Blood donation is a voluntary blood donation activity by the community to be stored in a blood bank with the aim of serving as blood stock that can be used to assist blood transfusions for people in need. UTD Bengkalis Hospital is currently providing information about blood donors which are managed using simple media such as social media and so on and also managing blood distribution data using a semi-computerized system which means that not all management is done computerized. In this case, UTD experienced several main problems, including complaints from the public that it was difficult to see or find out information related to UTD blood donors at Bengkalis Hospital, especially blood stock because if you want to see this, you have to contact UTD or come directly to UTD and mistakes often occur. when filling in data, losing data, to data corruption, and also the high costs required for archiving the data. Therefore the authors took the initiative to create a website-based information system application that is expected to help manage blood distribution data in a computerized manner in order to minimize problems occurring so that the work carried out by officers will be more efficient. The author created a data processing application and website-based blood information media which has the main features for the community, namely blood donors and need blood, which this feature can only be accessed if the user has created an account by registering an account on the register feature, this feature makes it easier for users who want to register as donors or make requests for blood to the UTD of Bengkalis Hospital and create users who want to know the UTD blood stock of Bengkalis Hospital on a regular basis wherever and whenever.
