Abstract
Guardianship management is student consultation with guardian lecturers, both in the academic and non-academic fields to support student learning success and development. The large number of students causes data processing to take a lot of time. Meanwhile, the academic section of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic does not yet have an application that can help facilitate the recording and search of guardianship data so that it can ease the performance of the academic section. Based on the problems above, a website-based system was built using the Rapid Application Development software development method. A website-based information engineering student guardianship report management system application. There are several features provided for guardian students and lecturers in the trusteeship reporting system. These features include general trusteeship, personal trusteeship, and reporting to the head of the study program. After solving these problems, the next step is to test to ensure that the system that has been built runs according to its function. Testing is carried out using the blackbox testing method to ensure that all features in the guardianship system function properly.
