Abstract
Machines are tools or capital goods that are invested to assist production activities in a company. In today's modern industrial world, some production processes in companies have begun to shift from human power to machine power. In the industrial world, someone is required to be more active and creative and able to have the ability to produce products for innovation. In order to achieve progress and development in the industry itself. The smoothness of a production process really depends on whether or not the condition of the machine to be used is good. The process of making chili pecal diera nowadays is mostly done manually. Based on interviews with Ibuk Ijah as the owner of a lontong business in Dumai, there are still problems in the process of grinding the pecel sauce to meet the high demand of consumers at the Ibuk Ijah shop, in a day Ibuk Ijah is able to spend 800 grams of pecel seasoning. The shop which is located in the city of Dumai, Tanjung Palas still uses the manual pecel chili grinding process and the pecel chili grinding process uses a grinding tool which is draining so that it takes quite a long time to grind the pecel chili sauce. To overcome this problem the author helps the pecel chili grinding machine. With this pecel chili grinding machine can solve this problem.
