Abstract

This Final Project is a seminar related to the science of Kelulut Honey Bee Cultivation (Trigona sp) which is expected to increase the income and welfare of the seminar participants. The general objective of the project is to planning and organizing Business Seminar Kelulut Honey Bee Cultivation (Trigona sp). The specific objectives of the project are to find out the human resources involved, to know the project resource criteria, to know the supervision of project implementation, and to find out the constraints and solutions at the time of project implementation. The method used is the project preparation plan, project implementation plan, project completion plan, project reporting plan. The result of the project are to determine Human resources involved are the implementing committee, resource persons and participants, then proceed making job description and job specification, then continued motivate the committee, there are three types of motivation, the required resource criteria are timely, responsive, mastering material, honest and objective, interactive and communicative, the form of implementing supervision is preventive (before) supervision, repressive supervision (after), direct supervision and indirect supervision, the completion stage an evaluation of the work team is carried out, the obstacles faced were determining the activity schedule not in accordance with the initial plan which was caused by the lengthy disbursement of sponsor and donor funds, the solution was that the activity was carried out after all incoming funds had been collected.
