Abstract
The Community Health Center (Puskesmas) is a community service in the form of health services provided by district/city offices which are responsible for public health in the work area and are known as primary care places, providing health facilities for the general public in health efforts to improve survival in order to obtain health degrees. optimal. Service is an activity provided by one party to another, having a relationship with the aim of providing satisfaction to the second party for the goods or services provided. The problem that occurs is that the registration service still uses handwriting and to take care of correspondence, so patients who have registered have to wait a long time because the doctor's schedule information is not available at the Rupat Health Center. This system will be built on a website basis using a rational integrated process method and the PHP programming language, with this website it will make it easier for patients to register for polyclinics and manage correspondence. To make it easier for doctors on duty according to each poly because there is already a schedule made by the puskesmas staff.
