Abstract
The manufacturing process and form of cutting and sanding machines (Bandsaw &; Belt Sander), the manufacturing process from design, marking plan, material cutting, drilling, welding procedure specification, assembly to the finishing stage. For the shape of this machine performs the stage of combining the Bandsaw with the Belt sander. Getting a function test from this machine performs the cutting and sanding process, the result of a bandsaw wheel speed of 710 Rpm with a cutting edge speed of 13.19 m / s at the stage of the radius testing process of the body plan which has different radii and is still able to cut plywood with a size of 15 mm. Testing of the belt sander carried out the speed stage connected to the pulley bandaw to 2124 Rpm sandpaper speed of 5.65 m/s.
