Abstract
Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Bengkalis is an element of government implementation in the field of community and village empowerment in Bengkalis district. Currently, the process of collecting data on village officials is still not effective because it is still done manually. The problem faced is the difficulty in collecting and processing data on village officials. In an effort to improve the efficiency of data collection of village officials and information management at Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa, a system is needed that can assist the dinas pemberdayaan masyarakat dan desa in collecting data on village officials. The result of this research is a web-based Village Apparatus Data Collection Application that can perform data collection, update, and view changes to village apparatus data. This application aims to facilitate the process of data collection, management, and monitoring of changes in village device data. The prototyping method is used in application development, the use of this method facilitates application development because the application owner is involved in the development stage. with the black-box testing method to ensure the functionality of the village device data collection application is running properly.
