Abstract
The use of safety and health equipment for workers as an effort to prevent work accidents for workers, at Tanjung Buton Port applies mandatory rules for the use of personal protective equipment. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of loading and unloading occupational safety and health in the port of Tanjung Buton, to find out how to prevent loading and unloading work accidents in the port of Tanjung Buton. The source of the data obtained is by directly observing and conducting interviews with the BUP and the labor foreman. The method used is a descriptive method. work do not use. The results of the study are that the implementation of the implementation of occupational safety and health at the port of Tanjung Buton is in accordance with the SOP for work safety, in order to reduce one of them by using a mask, while when entering the area it is mandatory to use complete PPE according to the standards provided.
