Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of the General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, Revenue Sharing Fund on the level of the Human Development Index in 12 districts in Riau Province in 2016-2020. The data used in this study used secondary data. General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, Profit Sharing Funds are obtained from the official website with the link http://www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id/. While the Human Development Index data is obtained from the official website with the link https://www.bps.go.id. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. it can be seen that the General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund and Revenue Sharing Fund have no significant effect on the Human Development Indeks.
