Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of ADD in Muntai village and Selat Baru village. The research respondents were 2 secretaries and the village head. This research discusses the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Muntai Village and Selat Baru Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. ADD is a fund allocated from the Regional Budget (APBD) at the district/city level to support village development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that Muntai Village received ADD amounting to Rp. 1,917,351,000, while Selat Baru Village received Rp. 1,907,837,960. The implementation of ADD in both villages was carried out with clear technical instructions and intensive coordination with related parties. Close supervision and a transparent disbursement system ensured effective and efficient use of funds.
