Abstract

The rapid development of technology today is no longer a foreign thing for life, in fact it has become a necessity to follow these developments, one of which is to reduce bureaucracy, especially in administrative activities in agencies. To follow technological developments, PPAAM follows this development slowly by creating a blogspot to provide information related to PPAAM to the public online. This blogspot, although not as wide as a website in providing information because its features are inadequate and less in demand by users, this blogspot stopped in the middle of the road due to the lack of human resources in managing this blogspot so that there was no further development of the blogspot. Therefore, based on the explanation of the problems explained above, the author took the initiative to create an application to provide information to the public about PPAAM periodically, which application will be easy to manage because it is website-based. With the website, parents and prospective students can register online on the website registration page. With an online method that makes it easier for parents and prospective students who live far away to register and collect the required files online without having to go back and forth to the boarding school. Parents and prospective students come to the boarding school if they have passed the registration form and file requirements and continue the written/oral test and re-registration. And the results of making this website make parents and prospective students able to get information related to the boarding school online, register online and collect registration file requirements online without having to come to the boarding school repeatedly in order to minimize travel costs for parents and prospective students who live far from the boarding school.
