Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the problems in the process of foreign ship arrivals at PT. Usda Seroja Jaya Kuala Tanjung, to find out what processes are prepared upon arrival to the ship. The method used for data collection is the observation method carried out directly in the field, the interview method or interviews shown to the parties involved in the process of serving foreign ship arrivals. As well as literature studies used by researchers to collect data from several sources. The results of this study indicate several problems, namely the lack of employee staff, lack of transportation facilities, and the full port of PT. Wilmar nabati Asahan Kuala Tanjung and the solution from the results of this research is that the company must add employees, increase the company's transportation facilities and also pay attention to the obstacles faced by its employees when serving the arrival of foreign ships.
