Abstract
The aim of this research is for simple home industries or micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) which still use manual noodle dough mixers which require a lot of labor and are not productive. Therefore, a noodle processing machine was designed that uses a motor gearbox as a driver and a Zelio SR3 B101FU programmable logic controller (PLC) control circuit. The test was carried out by connecting the motor gearbox with the Zelio SR3 B101FU programmable logic controller (PLC) control circuit when the weight of the material was ¼ Kg with a voltage of 233 V, the current used was 0.5 A, and it took 10 minutes to obtain the power used to stir the dough. noodle 93.2 W, and the kWh meter per use is 0.01 kWh and the cost used is Rp. 13.52-, when the material weighs ½ Kg with a voltage of 237 V, the current used is 0.5 A, and takes 15 minutes, the power used to stir the noodle dough is 94.8 W, and the kWh meter per use is 0 .02 kWh and the cost used is Rp. 27.04- and when the weight of the ingredients is 1 Kg with a voltage of 232 V, the current used is 0.5 A, and it takes 25 minutes, the power used to stir the noodle dough is 92.8 W, and the kWh meter per use is 0, 03 kWh and the cost used is Rp. 40.56-.
