Abstract

Wedding Organizer is a business that operates in the service sector, especially at wedding events, to assist the bride and groom and their families in planning and supervising the implementation of a series of wedding events according to a predetermined schedule. In the Bengkalis Island area, prospective brides and grooms experience difficulties in searching for information, ordering, and need time to visit the WO location. In general, the process of searching for wedding services is still through word of mouth and social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram belonging to WO service providers. In the process of renting wedding organizer services, currently wedding service users first contact by telephone or have to come directly to the WO or vendor's house. By looking at the existing problems, a website-based wedding organizer rental service application on Bengkalis Island is proposed. This application is designed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework and MYSQL as the database. With this application, service providers can offer their wedding services, apart from that, prospective service users can search for wedding services available in the application.
