Abstract
In Bengkalis, Dr. Madya Ulfah Danial's independent paediatrician practice has irregular queues. A website is proposed to help solve this problem. It will allow patients to register from home and create a more organised queue. This website aims to develop an online registration system that can simplify the registration process, and improve the service experience. The website features a queue list on the patient page so that patients can see their queue order. Quota feature, with this quota feature patients can find out the registration limit and the remaining quota available to register. testing this system using the black box method to show the test results that all
