Abstract

Posyandu for the elderly is a community service activity, in the form of health provided by the district/city health service, responsible for the health of the community in an area, especially for the elderly, aimed at improving the degree and quality of health of the elderly, to achieve a happy and useful old age in family life. and the community, in accordance with its existence in Lubuk garam village, the activities of the elderly posyandu are currently not computerized, resulting in ineffective time management, and this results in taking too long to search for data which is often lost, due to the data not being neatly arranged or the data collection book being lost. To overcome this problem, a website-based health data collection application at the elderly posyandu is proposed using telegram notifications, with the PHP programming language, the aim is to help the community's role in health services for the elderly, as well as creating a service system using telegram notifications, this application tested using the black box testing method. From the results of testing by users of the application, it can be made easier to see what services and activities are carried out in the posyandu
