Abstract
This research aims to provide an overview of authentic leadership at the State Polytechnic of Bengkalis to ensure the implementation of quality management, analyze employee involvement in implementing the quality management system, and analyze the interaction between authentic leadership and employee involvement in implementing ISO 9001:2015 quality management. Research will be conducted in State Polytechnic of Bengkalis is a State University located in Bengkalis Regency, Riau, Indonesia. The object of this research is the person responsible for Learning Development and Education Quality Assurance (P4MP) Bengkalis State Polytechnic. The sampling technique is by interviewing people who are responsible for Learning Development and Education Quality Assurance (P4MP) Bengkalis State Polytechnic,by using Non-probability Sampling with a purposive sampling method. The results of this research are the Role of Authentic Leaders in the Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management at State Polytechnic of Bengkalis. The results of this research found that authentic leadership and employee involvement went well in implementing quality manajemen 9001: 2015 at the State Polytechnic of Bengkalis, employee capability development is also always improved by means of training, seminars and certification
